NOTE: This article’s has been modified from its original contents to reflect KEYBOX 3′s new design.
We all have private photos we want to keep away from prying eyes.
KEYBOX not only keeps your photos private by requiring a login, it encrypts your photos using AES-256, the encryption algorithm used throughout the eCommerce industry. So if your iPhone is stolen, the chances of a criminal ever gaining access to your photos is almost zero.
How to add a photo in KEYBOX
Photos can be added to any KEYBOX secret but let’s assume you want to create a photo collection.
① Login to KEYBOX using your login password. If the login succeeds you will be taken to the top screen.
② From the top screen tap the [+] button in the bottom left corner. You’ll see the secret detail screen (for an empty secret).
③ Tap on the “Custom” text near the top. A list will appear and at the bottom of this list is “Photos”.
④ Choose that one and press the “Done” button. Now your new secret is a photo collection.
⑤ 10 “Photo” fields have been added to your new secret. Tap the top one’s camera icon on the right. This will take you to the photo screen.
⑥ The screen is empty for now. In the top right is an action button. Tap it and a menu will appear.
⑦ If you want to select a private photo from your camera roll select “Choose from camera roll”. Remember to delete the photo from the camera roll later if you use KEYBOX to safeguard it! If instead you just want to take a new photo select “Take a photo”.
⑧ Once you’ve chosen the image you want it will appear in full. Tap the arrow button in the top left corner to go back to the secret detail screen.
⑨ The photo has been given a unique ID which is now visible in this screen. Next, give the secret a name by tapping on “Title”.
You’ve now added a private photo to KEYBOX! That’s all there is to it!
You can add more photos to the same collection and if you need more than 10 photos you can add additional photo fields as well.
KEYBOX makes it easy to safely store all your private photos on your iPhone so only you can see them!
